Vikram is a Partner in Hassans’ Corporate and Commercial department and co-leads the firm’s FinTech Team. Vikram acts on initial coin offerings/token sales and other distributed ledger technology matters, including licence applications under Gibraltar’s DLT Providers Regulations. Vikram has also been deeply involved in assisting the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission with the drafting of some of the Guidance Notes to Gibraltar’s DLT Providers Regulations and with shaping the DLT and ICO Regulatory Framework in Gibraltar. Kirill Gourov is a Director at Eastmore Group, a New York based alternative investing firm, where he focuses on digital currency investment. He was previously the founder of CSquared, a blockchain strategy consulting firm focusing on the financial services industry. He also headed blockchain strategy at Boston Consulting Group unit Expand Research. He has been actively involved in the Bitcoin community since early 2013 and published one of the earliest pieces on digital currency valuation.
